Pricing
Four plans. Documents are the meter, and nothing else is.
You pay for what enters the memory — a file, a record, a remembered statement — at a price that falls with volume.
Paid plans open after the founding pilot. Start free today, or join the pilot: three months free, with the founder alongside.

Where it runs
Hosted by us, run for your firm alone, or inside your perimeter.
The same product in all three: a setting, not a different build, and your own model keys in any of them.
SaaS
Hosted
The plans above, from free
- sign up, upload and connect the same day
- every firm in its own database schema and file store, isolated from every other customer
- model calls under enterprise terms that exclude training
- paid by card, monthly or annually
Private cloud
Run for you
An annual contract that starts with a paid pilot
- the same software, run by us on infrastructure dedicated to your firm
- in our cloud, or in a cloud account of yours
- our model keys, or your own
- setup and migration of your existing documents scoped with you
Self-host
Your infrastructure
An annual licence, installed by us or by your team
- an auditable bundle on your premises or in your own cloud
- a declared egress allowlist: by default, the AI model you choose and nothing else
- signed releases, online or as an offline bundle, upgraded on your schedule
- your own model keys; we support the software, you run the infrastructure
Whichever you run, we stand the memory up against your own documents before you commit. What each one enforces, and what it does not do yet, is on the trust page.
Never metered, on any plan.
Reading
Every question, every page, every citation. Reads never spend, and reading never stops for non-payment; only new documents wait.
The agent connection
One endpoint per firm for Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code and any client that speaks MCP. Each person signs in as themselves.
Seats within your plan
Invite whoever needs the memory, up to your plan’s number of people.
Your record
Nothing is overwritten, and if you leave, reading continues on what was already processed. On request, your firm is destroyed: its schema, its files and its credentials. Backups expire on their own schedule; the trust page names what survives.
The four questions everyone asks.
- Does a model train on our documents?
- No. Your documents are read to build your memory and for nothing else. The model provider is named on our sub-processors page. Model calls run under enterprise terms that exclude training; on private cloud they run on our keys, or your own if you prefer, and on self-host under your own keys.
- Where does our data live?
- Hosted: one database schema and one object-store prefix per firm, isolated from every other customer. Private cloud: an environment we run for your firm alone. Self-host: it never leaves your perimeter. Hosted in Germany (EU), and our data processing agreement covers all three.
- How long until it is useful?
- The first companies and people appear within a minute of the first document. Reading a whole corpus takes hours, not minutes, because Nemosyne spends its effort when a document arrives rather than when you ask. The console shows what has been read so far.
- What counts as a document?
- Anything that enters the memory: a file, a CRM record, a message thread, a statement someone asked it to remember. The counts on this page are estimates: a long or scanned document costs more, a CRM record less.
