For decision-heavy work

Never start from scratch again.

Your previous deals, IC memos, portfolio reviews, and decisions should not disappear into old files. Nemosyne turns your existing work into a structured, cited memory, so your team and your AI can spot patterns and apply past learnings to your next move.

Connect SharePoint, Drive or your CRM in a few clicks. No setup project, no IT team, no folder clean-up first.

Easy to start

Connect what you already use. Nemosyne does the reading.

  1. Connect your sources

Sign in with Microsoft or Google and pick the folders, mailboxes and CRM to include.

  2. It reads, then keeps listening

Your archive becomes companies, people and decisions, each with its source. After that, every new file, email and CRM update is read as it arrives.

  3. Use it where you work

Ask in Nemosyne or from your own assistant, or open what it noticed since you last looked.

What changes for you, and why it can

Before the next review, the story is already there.

Today someone rebuilds it: matching records, checking dates, asking colleagues what happened, because the last person to work it out kept the result in their head or in a spreadsheet nobody can find. With Nemosyne, the work your firm already did is waiting, in four questions your assistant can answer before you walk in.

An animation. Documents arrive over time — a deal file from SharePoint, an IC memo from Drive, an email thread, a CRM account — and each is read once as it lands: its key figures are kept, with their source, in your firm’s memory. Later someone asks whether Meridian’s 31% customer concentration has been seen before, and the answer comes straight from what was kept: earlier cases that resemble this one, each cited.

Nemosyne recognises the things your work is about, connects the evidence around them, keeps their history, and preserves where every claim came from. That structure is your ontology: your discipline’s concepts, relationships and rules, with your firm’s own additions.

What changed since last time?

The current facts, each with the document it came from, and what moved since you last looked.

Have we seen something like this before?

The earlier cases that resemble this one, with what was decided, the reasoning, and what happened next.

What doesn’t add up, or is still missing?

Where your sources disagree, both sides cited, and where a date your documents set has passed and no later document restates it.

Is the same concern coming back?

The same concern raised again about one company within a period your practice sets and, where your discipline tracks it, how a counterparty has behaved across your matters, each citing its documents.

Not search

Search finds what was written. Nemosyne notices what a senior colleague would notice.

A search returns the best-matching passages and leaves the reading to you. Because Nemosyne holds your work as a structured model, in your discipline’s concepts and your firm’s own rules, it can look across the whole record and raise the things a senior colleague would raise. Six kinds, each with an illustrative private-equity example:

What keeps coming up

Customer concentration was raised in three documents in four months. 3 documents · 120 days

What looks like an earlier case

Two portfolio companies showed the same pattern before a covenant reset: Kestrel (2022) and Orchard (2023). kestrel §4 · orchard

Where the record disagrees

The certificate says €14.2m and the audited accounts €11.9m. The governing document wins; both stay readable. certificate · accounts

What should have happened by now

The approval condition, a second customer above 10% by Q3, has no evidence of being met yet. ic minutes · Mar 12

What moved since you last looked

Covenant headroom halved in a year, from 0.9x to 0.4x. Q2 · Q2 prior year

What was expected, against what happened

The base case the committee approved on said €8.0m revenue. The accounts say €7.1m. ic memo · FY accounts

None of this is a verdict. Each finding names its cases and its threshold, your firm sets the threshold, and the judgment stays with you. The same kinds of pattern appear wherever firms invest or advise, in each trade’s own words.

Questions

We already use Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude. Why add this?
Your assistant sees the documents it finds for one question. Nemosyne sees the whole picture across all of them, remembers for the whole firm, and speaks up before you ask. Keep your assistant: Nemosyne plugs into it. See the comparison.
How much setup does it need?
Connect your sources and pick what to include. There is nothing to configure and no folder to tidy first.
Where is our data, and do you train on it?
Stored in the EU, with the AI providers we use named on our sub-processors page. We don’t train models.
